From websites to blogs, posters to automations, AI is opening new doors for money, motivation, and mindset. What Did I Learn Today?
I built myself a professional website
Nothing flash—just me, mucking around on the computer, seeing what it takes. Admittedly, it’s an AI-built site on Hostinger. Took me all of 30 minutes, subscription payment included. Honestly, the hardest bit was typing in my card details.
And that’s what got me thinking… if building a website is this easy now, where’s the future heading with AI? What else is out there waiting to be tapped into?
Back in the day, if you wanted a website you’d have to learn to code. Whole new language. Then grind away for months until you were half decent—kind of like learning French and stumbling your way through awkward café conversations, making heaps of mistakes until something finally sticks. Now? Any noob with basic computer skills and a bit of spare cash can spin up a site in less time than it takes me to go for a poo. 😉
Even this blog post is faster. What would’ve once taken me hours to bash out now takes a fraction of the time.
DISCLAIMER: I use ChatGPT to tidy up my writing, but the ideas, the stories, the voice—that’s all me, baby. At least… I think it’s me? Or am I just spitting out the same ideas I’ve absorbed from the algorithm because I naturally gravitate towards this stuff? Who knows. That’s a rabbit hole for another day.
What's next?
The point is—AI is here. It ain’t going anywhere. The real question is: how do we use it? How do we make it work for us—for our finances, our families, and our future—instead of the other way around?
I’ve been chewing on that a bit lately. How else could I use AI to my benefit? A few random ideas that crossed my mind:
Build simple websites and flip them to small businesses.
Add an AI chatbot to existing businesses to handle the boring stuff.
Write a blog about money, motivation and mindset (cough, cough).
Design posters on Fiverr using Canva and Midjourney.
Create workflow automations for businesses using n8n.
Dive deeper into this whole “prompt engineer” thing.
Nothing ground-breaking, just some starter ideas from an AI noob barely scratching the surface. I reckon with a bit of persistence, these thoughts will grow legs.
Anyway—just some random reflections worth sharing.
